    I have a very bad experience with one of the sales people in oakville store named "Shirley" quite a horrible and rude woman.

    Staff is friendly and they have a lot of interesting pieces at reasonable value.

    We have purchased a number of pieces from the store, and until now, have been pleased with our purchases, and felt the pricing was fair. The staff have always been pleasant and helpful. However, our most recent purchase was very disappointing. We knew the coffee table had been painted, (I think they call it distressed), but since we were going to paint it again that didn't matter to us. However, when I started to wash it down before painting , the paint came off!! We've ended up having to sand the whole table again before we could paint it. To make matters worse, when I searched for a comparable table on-line I found at least 2 of the same table listed for less than we paid, and one for $10.00 more, but it still had it's original glass top. All in all, a very disappointing experience.

    One of my favourite stores. I like going there just to get decorating ideas. It is amazing what they can do with accessories and recycled furniture. I have bought a lot of stuff from them and have never regretted any of the purchases.
