    Friendly environment and nice staff. Less machine but it is enough.

    Very tiny. They have the battle ropes in an area where its very busy .. So its impossible to use. And it needs educated trainers..

    Nice staff usually. Machines and "extras" of the brand of GoodLife limited compared to what you'd get in other gyms but does the job for me. Like the female only environment. Studio space open for use outside class schedule.
