  If I could give zero Stars my husband and I absolutely would. This hotel was recommended To Us by the bride and groom of a wedding we were attending. Upon arriving to the hotel we checked in and immediately went up to the room. We got a king suite which was lacking in all areas in our opinion. We observed the surprisingly wrinkled sheets that were on the bed and dirty floor in the washroom. Upon pulling back the sheets on the bed we found several stains on the sheets indicating they obviously had not been changed. We found the house cleaning staff and ask them to change our sheets immediately in which the cleaning staff did so right away. When it came time to get ready for the wedding I attempted to use a curling iron in the washroom only to find the receptacles with in the washroom did not work. Out of the entire hotel room only two outlets worked in which the TV and lamp were plugged into. We voiced our disappointment and disgust at the front desk. The staff were very polite and understanding. The staff and the hotel atmosphere are Pleasant don't get me wrong. But the cleanliness is unacceptable and disgusting. Will never stay in or recommend this hotel to anyone.

  Great staff and service. Room was good for what we needed. Room was across from ice room so was loud at night. Went to go swimming in the morning with our son and it was no clean enough for swimming (husband found small pieces of feces). However, staff were grateful for being notified and shut pool down immediately and even added some points to our holiday inn card. All in all a great stay and would go back.

  Really enjoyed my stay, truly helpful and friendly personal. Would recommend this facility to anyone at anytime. Will definately request this hotel when I do return to Oakville on business again.

  The pool was smaller than I expected, which is not my favorite but not the worst. It might be because the floor space might be limited. We ended up not going there.

  I come from Chicago and we had to go visit Canada, so we had to stay at a hotel and we are glad we chose this. Customer service was friendly too.

  We held our annual holiday party here. The staff and food were wonderful (5 stars there), but the entire hotel is in serious need of renovations and upgrades. Old furniture, worn out carpeting, horrible lighting in guest rooms, more sound blocking doors

  The room itself looks nice and depending on what room you are in, some actually have a couch that converts into a ned and that is pretty convenient for a family with a few kids.

  They should also put in plungers in the bathrooms. One night, the toilet ended up being clogged. I called the front desk with the phone and the person in charge didn’t come but the housekeeper did next morning as the toilet is now fine.

  Overall, great hotel if you are just in for a visit to a suburb of Toronto, especially with kids over.
